By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you will be consenting to the collection and use of your personal information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. You are under no obligation to provide us with this information, and can access our site without providing us any personal information.

Normal business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST).

Monday through Friday.

Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

Payment Options:

Perfect Favors Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Please contact us if you would like to pay for your order by personal check.  Orders paid for by personal check will not ship until payment has been received and the check has cleared.

Sales Tax:

In accordance with state laws, we are required to collect sales tax on all tangible orders shipped within the United States to states in which we have a business presense.  We currently collect sales tax on orders shipped within California. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.


Our online shop is open to receive your purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed during normal business hours. Orders received after 5:00 pm on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, will be processed on the following business day.

All prices listed on our Perfect Favors Studio website are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

For inquiries regarding your order, email us at orders@perfectfavorsstudio.com, and include your order number in the subject line.

Standard Processing Time:

Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your digital printable order within the appropriate processing time.  Chances are your order may have ended up there.

Our standard processing time on orders is as follows:

Digital printable orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Digital printable Party Packages will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Printing Service orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of proofs being approved.

Digital printable Custom orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Product orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Personalized product items will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Processing times are from the time we receive your order, photo, and any missing information needed to complete the order.  Shipping times are not included in the above processing times.


Please note: Digital orders are only kept on file for 3 months, and will be deleted after this time. Therefore, we suggest upon receiving your file, make sure you are able to open the file and save it.

Custom Design:

If you would like a custom design, our professional and devoted staff can help you create the perfect design.
Contact us and we will be happy to work with you to meet your needs.

Rush Service:

We offer a Rush Service on our digital printable orders and printing service for an additional fee.

Digital printable orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order for an additional charge of $6.00 per order.

Printing Service orders are processed within 1-2 business days of proof being approved by the customer, at an additional charge of $12.00 per order.

If you would like your order rushed, please purchase the rush order from the drop down menu when placing your order.


There are no proof charges.

You will receive a proof within 2 to 3 business days to the email address you provide at checkout.  Completed digital orders will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours of proofs being approved.

We require all proofs to be approved in order to complete the processing of your order. Delays due to awaiting approval of proofs are not included in our estimated processing time. We encourage customers to carefully review their proofs thoroughly prior to approving. We will consider errors on approved proofs to be the responsibility of
the customer.


Please note: Some monitors may display colors differently. Therefore, colors may slightly vary between what is seen on screen and actual printed product.


Should we make a mistake after the customer has approved the proof, we will correct the mistake, reprint (if applicable),
and reship your order via the original shipping method at no additional charge (this does not include errors not brought to our attention during the proof approval process).

If the customer is responsible for the error, we will correct the mistake and reprint the order (if applicable) at a 25% discount.  It is not our liability to cover any expense for mistakes on proofs the customer has approved. 

Printing Service:

Let us print your order for you!  We print on high quality 100lb flat card stock. All printed card orders come with accompanying white envelopes. Printed orders are processed within 3 to 5 days business days of you approving your proof(s). If you would like us to print your order for you, simply select "Printing Service" in the “Recommend Products” section (located at the bottom of every digital printable item page), and the quantity you would like printed, from the drop down list. Contact us if you would like to order more than 200 printed invites.


Perfect Favors Studio takes pride in the quality of our products. We are confident you will be happy with our products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, less shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable).  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.

Returned product must be in the original packaging, and original, saleable condition. Returned products must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Please note some products are not eligible for return. These include: Digital personalized printables, printed service items, samples, clearance and customized and special order items.


You will receive an email to the address you provide at check out with the tracking number and estimated date of
delivery once your order has been shipped. 

Perfect Favors Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, or for items that are damaged or lost once they have left our facility.

are not licensed products, and all images, characters, and graphics used in our designs are not being sold.

Perfect Favors Studio does not claim to own the copyrights for any images, characters, graphics, or pictures being used. They solely belong to the respective creators of images, and copyright holders. All of the digital printable designs displayed on our website are created by Perfect Favors Studio, and are for “personal use only.” You cannot sell, share, or mass produce any of our digital printable designs; and they are not intended for commercial use which is strictly prohibited.


When purchasing one of our digital printable designs, you are acknowledging that you are not paying for any images, characters, or graphics that were used to create our designs. You are solely paying for our time, labor, effort, and creative designing services used to customize, and add your personal and event information to the design of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Copyright restrictions on the characters only permit graphics for one time personal use only such as decorations, events, and birthday parties. Not all photo printing labs are aware of this policy. If you have any issues with a photo lab refusing to print your order for you, inform them of the policy and the cards are for your personal use. If they still refuse, then try a different location or print them yourself in your home.

Please be assured we respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is for internal use only, and is never shared, sold, or disclosed.

How We Use Information:

Our site stores personal information we collect in order to process transactions for commercial purposes. We
only collect personal information after you have specifically and knowingly provided such information to us. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) collected is used only to bill you for products and services and not stored.

How We Secure Your Information:

This site uses a secure server (SSL) which is among the best available today for secure commerce transactions.
Our secure server software is certified to encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read as the information flows over the internet.
